Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
